Whether it's a new construction, remodel or addition our team will work to analyze the requested areas for FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) Services. We will begin by laying out the plan of the space showing the orientation and size of the pieces for the room.
Our Team will select and assemble Pinboard Packages that include furnishings for your review. In this stage, we will provide finish samples, photographs and other 3D visuals for consideration as we finalize selections from our curated list of vendors. In this phase we organize and schedule guided showroom visits with our Interior Designers to see the pieces firsthand.
As we assist in furnishing procurement, our team will manage the process of coordinating and purchasing your finalized selections.
After procurement, we will upload all information to a personalized account, where you will have access to the status of each item. Our team will closely monitor lead times, pricing and any coordination with carriers. Each item is closely inspected, catalogued and stored until installation time.
Once all construction has been finalized and the space has received a final clean, our turnkey installation can begin. Our team will oversee the White Glove Installation and help to stage the final space.

STEP 2 | *SITE VISIT: IF NEEDED, A SITE VISIT WILL BE CONDUCTED TO OBSERVE EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS.
STEP 3 | DESIGN COLLABORATION KICK-OFF MEETING: 1 MEETING (1-HOUR) TO REVIEW INSPIRATION IMAGES.
STEP 4 | DESIGN PRESENTATION & REVISIONS: 3 MEETINGS (1-HOUR EACH) TO PRESENT & REVIEW DESIGN OPTIONS.
*FINAL: REVIEW FINAL DESIGN (30 MINUTES)
