Drone footage of the concrete pour for one of our custom homes in Newport Beach

In early March 2019, the concrete was poured for one of our custom homes in Newport Beach. The video shows aerial drone photography on pour day overlaid with the 3D rendered fly-through showing the final home. It is great to see the construction process over-laid with the design imagery. Our team has done a great job on this project and we are all exited to see the final outcome. Below are some additional still images of the concrete pour.

In March 2022, Rost Architects started design on our fourth ocean front home in Newport Beach. We are particularly excited about this project, not only because of its prime location and our wonderful clients, but also because it is one door down from the historic Lovell Beach house by Rudolph Schindler built in 1926. In March 2022, Rost Architects started work on the restoration of a beautiful mid century rancho home in Orange County. The existing home sits on a large secluded lot at the base of a large hillside surrounded by dense vegetation and mature trees. The existing home was purchased by our clients and was in need of a full renovation which included architectural, landscape and interiors. Rost Architects provided the design for all three elements of the property. The clients on this project were a young family with four children.
