We are particularly excited about this project, not only because of its prime location and our wonderful clients, but also because it is one door down from the historic Lovell Beach house by Rudolph Schindler built in 1926. The existing home sits on a large secluded lot at the base of a large hillside surrounded by dense vegetation and mature trees. The existing home was purchased by our clients and was in need of a full renovation which included architectural, landscape and interiors. Rost Architects provided the design for all three elements of the property. The clients on this project were a young family with four children.
