Rost Architects Starts Design on Oceanfront Home

In March 2022, Rost Architects started design on our fourth ocean front home in Newport Beach. We are particularly excited about this project, not only because of its prime location and our wonderful clients, but also because it is one door down from the historic Lovell Beach house by Rudolph Schindler built in 1926. Villa Plantero - Rost Architects

In March 2022, Rost Architects started work on the restoration of a beautiful mid century rancho home in Orange County. The existing home sits on a large secluded lot at the base of a large hillside surrounded by dense vegetation and mature trees. The existing home was purchased by our clients and was in need of a full renovation which included architectural, landscape and interiors. Rost Architects provided the design for all three elements of the property. The clients on this project were a young family with four children. After the design and engineering are complete, permits are secured, and a General Contractor agreement is established, the next phase of the project is construction.
