This home was located in the quaint neighborhood of North Laguna. Just a few blocks from the beautiful blue protected coves of Laguna Beach, the site, clients, and opportunity were incredible. The beaches adjacent to this property are some of Southern California's most beautiful and coveted.

This project was challenging, to say the least. It went through several different forms and iterations. In Laguna Beach, projects are subject to many discretionary reviews, hearings, neighbor comments, and other challenges. After leading the project through this process, the design intent, quality, and character remained intact. Ultimately, the project would be a huge success.
