Story:

This was the third Eichler that we had the privilege of working on. When visiting Orange County for business, these clients fell in love with the home and hoped to bring it back to life. The house had been previously renovated with additions that did not align with the original architecture and design. The owners wanted to return the house to its original glory while making thoughtful updates to fit their contemporary lifestyle. We worked with them closely to design the master plan for the property, which included architecture, interiors, landscape, and a pool. We worked through pricing estimates to help them formulate a phased plan to restore the house.

Much of our knowledge from working on past Eichlers was applied to this project.
