Story:
This project was located in a cozy neighborhood near Newport Bay. The intent was to create a dynamic double-story entry that connected the entry garden with the rear yard pool and green space. Large pocketing sliding doors open to allow cross breezes through the home. A large second-level deck with a dramatic cantilever was a key feature of the design.
Construction of the home was completed in 2023.
