Story:
The design for this home was centered around the glass-enclosed atrium. Water, skylights, and clerestory windows were also key elements in the design. A large reflecting pond created a calming entry procession leading people into the home. Skylights and clerestory windows allowed natural light to filter down into the spaces, illuminating the interiors. Concrete walls create mass and a sense of stability.
